Saint Blaise is a family favorite due to some of the medical needs we have here in the Plena Gratia household. He is the patron of sufferers from throat diseases, professional wool combers and as is also one of the Fourteen Holy Helpers. According to tradition, Blaise was born into a wealthy, noble family, but he became Christian and eventually the Bishop of Sebastia. If you attend a blessing of the throats on February 3rd (for Roman Catholics, February 11th for Orthodox or Greek Catholics) you will see the crossed candlesticks shown in the design.
This is a design you will only find here at Plena Gratia Designs. Rich with symbolism, this is one of the many ways we believe you can be explicitly and authentically Catholic in your every day life, possibly instigating conversations about one of your favorite saints.
The fabric of this t-shirt is everything you've dreamed of and more. It feels soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. It's comfortable and flattering for both men and women.
